hi! and welcome! im pretty new here as well, but i can tell you that the people here are very supportive and knowledgeable!!! as far as the question of hidden wheat/gluten in products, im learning that this stuff is everywhere, and often "disguised" as something else! i don't want to give you mis information so I'll let someone else give more info on that...

I'm not excited about this diagnosis, but at this point any information helps to ease the anxiety. i fully expected her to be diagnosed with IBS like me(i am now awaiting my celiac panel results, ugh), so this diagnosis was quite a surprise. any ideas, opinions, comments on going forth with a biopsy?

i went to my daughter's doctor today and picked up a copy of her lab results. her transglutaminase(tTG) IgG test was a 6 which the lab labeled as a weak positive. does this mean she might not have celiac after all?? any info would help, so confused!! thanks!!~K
