I just joined today and already I am ready to post. I just read the post regarding "well meaning friends" who give food gifts off limits to all of us who are sensitive to one or more ingredients. I have been accepting the "gifts" and then disposing of them. Is this dishonest? Should I refuse the gift explaing (once again) I cannot eat their offering?...
