My husband has been suffering from what appears to be dermatitis herpetiformis (sp?). Three doctors and one dermatologist are stumped, although the derm is determined (took a bunch of biopsies of the rash) to find the cause. My poor husband has this all over his body (for about six weeks now), and is using a really strong cream that thins the skin...
