Has anyone else tried the "Against the Grain" products that recently became available at Whole Foods? For far I have tried their baguettes, which are amazing. The texture is incredible. And the bagels are also superlative. They all have this spongy-chewy texture that you NEVER find in gluten-free breads. The only problem is the price. I paid... -

It's a half-baked idea I have floating around in my head so I'm open to suggestion. I'm a pretty good cook. Not professionally trained or anything, but I love cooking for people, surfing epicurious.com for new recipes and watching the food network. I'm single and I live alone so when I do cook for myself, it's no fun....and none of my non-celiac friends...
