I am trying to determine if a blueberry soup from a Swedish company call Ekstroms is gluten free or not. The ingredients are: Sugar, modified starch, dried powdered blueberries, maltodextrin, citric acid and ascorbic acid. Since this is made in Sweden I have no idea if the modified starch is safe or not? If anybody has any information this would be extremely...
