Hi I am wondering how long you go on a gluten free diet to determine if gluten is actually a problem? Also what type of grains need to be cut out? Doing this for our 14mo daughter she has had little gluten to begin with...how long does it take to see results? Thanks for any help you can give.

I have a 13month old who was given the blood test for celiac and it was neg. However I think that she may have it. I would like to take some facts to him and see what he thinks about doing a challenge or further testing. Does anyone know of any good reliable sites? I have a 13 month daughter who was being test results were neg. for celiac. Her symptoms are little weight gain in 6 months time so her Dr. suggested testing. She is still nursing but doesn't sleep through the night and has eczema and stuffy/runny itchy nose.
