    I think somewhere on here that Kraft clearly lables gluten in all there foods. I bought some ranch tonight and had some with dinner. I think I should have asked first though. OPPPS!     I am gluten-free now for 2 weeks. I still feel like poo. I know That I am still getting traces og G though because I live with my inlaws and they don't get it! Especially my father in law! I think I make have otherintolerances too though. Anyway, what is leaky gut syndrom? How do you know that you have it? What causes it? Thanks!

    My mother-in-law made homemade Teriyaki sauce with Walmart's Great Value brand Soy sauce....it's gluten free. It was to die for!!

    Using Pamela's Flour mix I made some pretty good pancakes. I used the syrup we had but not sure it was gluten free. Is syrup gluten-free? and please don't trecommend maple, i am not a big fan of it. TIA!!

    Thanks to all of you for taking the time to read my story and reply. I am deficiant in B12 and D vitamins. I take extra B and extra D daily. Also I am on a Pre-natal vitamin that is free of all allergens including dairy and gluten. I will look into the Paleoithic Diet. i know it will be a challenge but just maybe I will lose all this baby weight. Not eating...

    First of all I was DX by a doctor who had ran a stool sample on me looking for allergies and parasites. No parasites but since she has told me I am Celiac. I had a biopsy and it was negative and I cannot remember what my blood work was. This was all 2 years ago. I went gluten-free for a few months and then slipped back.
