I just wanted to comment on the lasagna with out cheese. I am a lasagna freak, let me tell you! I made lasagna with turkey in the sauce and put a little drizzle of egg where I used to put the cheese, and it was really good. Definately a lot more saucey and more pasta than normal, but still really good. Give a try, you might be suprised.

I received my test results last thursday and am quite nervious about the whole thing. I live in Issaquah, however have heard great things about your group. I am upset that I missed it this week. Would it be alright if I came to the next one? Have a great day! Stephanie

I found out last week that I have to be gluten free and know that I am in a good city for this, but don't know all of the hot spots yet. What is the name of the place in Montlake Terrace? Thanks for your help!
