Hey Ladies, I am 10 weeks prego and miserable. I had sensitivities to wheat and dairy before pregnancy but am now completely messed up by gluten. I dont' know if I have celiac but I am so discouraged. I am working hard to not eat gluten free but it's a challenged to figure out meals and plan. Dont' get me wrong I am not eating gluten I just get discouraged...
