I was at Mohegan Sun this past Friday. I was unable to eat anything at the BBQ resturant - all sauces have soy, and do list wheat as an ingredient. I was able to have grilled fish at "Summer Shack". I asked the waitress about gluten in the Chowder. She didn't go check, because she was "sure" it contained gluten. (I think she was just too lazy to go ask...
