I'm enjoying these foods too much. I'm trying to loose the weight I've gained from being GI . But I've found I've enjoyed the Gluten free diet too much. You people are creating too many tasty foods. Stop I beg you. LOL. At least I have not gained weight.

Knowing that the only way I'll eat my egg rolls is by using rice paper, can rice paper be fried? I'd love to be able to have a cruchie, juicy, hot egg roll. Any good receipe for egg drop soup? My mother has a consultation with a gastro doc Friday. Her reg Doc did not pooh pooh the idea of possible Celiac. I want to print out a check list of symptoms. Is there a web site that has such a check list? The sites I've come across only have a few symptoms listed. And a lot list different symptoms, but I don't want to print out lots of listed symptoms...
