  1. EMDR is great! I use it whenever I go through an anxious period. I'm a visual person so I have a lot of images come up for me during sessions. Those images help calm me down when the anxiety rises. Please share your experience if you feel like it.

  5. Well its my first week, day 5, and I am feeling depressed. I don't have anything specific to relate it to other than the diet and irrational anxiety I'm having (in stores, while driving).
