Hi, Yesterday, my gastro doc and I decided that I most likely have gluten intolerance. My biopsy came back negative for Celiac and we are still waiting on blood work results. He and I decided that I should go ahead and start the gluten-free diet. For the next few days, I am going to eat fresh fruits, veggies and meats, until I can get to the speciality...

I recently had the camera pill study and was wondering if anyone else here as had that done? Will it help to give a diagnosis of Celiac? I have not received the results yet, they told me it takes about 2 weeks...Well today makes 2 weeks plus 5 days...But on Wednesday, I received in the mail orders for a celiac panel blood test...I really believe I have...

I have not started the gluten free diet YET...The doctor told me to wait until all the tests have been completed...Even if it comes back negative, I'm still going gluten free---because I really feel gluten has something to do with my problems, based on everything I have read... Thanks so much for your response!!!

I am being tested for Celiac...I believe I may have it based on the symtoms listed on various web pages...I have almost all the gastro symptoms, mouth and tongue sores, itching, depression, menstral problems, tinkling in hands and feet and many more I can't think of right now... My only difference in the symptoms is that I have not lost weight, I am gaining...
