Hi Newbie here I started trying to go gluten-free a couple months ago and within a week I felt this cloud of depression lift that I didnt even know was there! When I do eat gluten now (intentionally a few times as I was experimenting..and unintentional like this past weekend) I get SEVERE stomach pains like my stomach is just being torn apart... -
