Does anyone have any suggestions for room mates? I'm in college and live in a house with 3 other girls. I just became gluten-free while living with them this year. So when ever one of us would bake we'd share with all. But now they bake cookies and cakes and of course I can't eat them anymore.....so then i bake something gluten-free/DF and am so excited... -

I tried it last week. The Great Harvest by my house makes it once a week. I was scarfing in down because I hadn't had bread that good in so long. But I'm pretty sure in made me sick. I didn't even get through half the loaf. Sad day. So I would be careful for cross contamination. I didn't think I was that sensitive. But maybe I am... -

I have noticed I've been overeating desert after dinner since I went gluten-free. But I just came to an epiphany last night. Ok ready. So before we went gluten-free/DF we'd feel bad after dinner or any meal for that matter (dinner was just a big meal for me) and we got use to that feeling.
