  1. I probably will eat a gluten free diet for the most part, but I like the idea that I could eat gluten if I wanted to if I don't actually have Celiac since it won't cause damage.
  2. I have been seeing a gastroenterologist since the summer because I wanted to get an actual diagnosis. I have been eating gluten free for about 6 years because I thought it made me feel better. I used to get stomach cramps and diarrhea all the time. I had bloodwork done when I was younger, and the "Tissue Transglutam AB IGA" and "Gliadin AB IGA" were...
  3. Aww, that must be horrible. Thank you. I'm really nervous to have an endoscopy done, but I really want an actual diagnosis.
  4. I recently saw a gastroenterologist because I want to know if I officially have Celiac disease or if I just have a sensitivity to gluten. I had bloodwork done when I was younger, and the "Tissue Transglutam AB IGA" and "Gliadin AB IGA" were negative. My total IGA was 233, which was in range. 7. Thanks. I actually do have hypothyroidism. I'm being treated, so my levels are fine now. I'm not sure if she definitely has Celiac since only one of the blood tests came back positive.
  8. Really? I thought a small amount would be more likely cause a reaction after so long of eating gluten free since my system isn't used to it. Yeah..I guess it could also be that I don't drink enough water.
  9. I have had stomach issues (cramps and diarrhea) since I was young, and I used to see a gastroenterologist. I believe she did the blood tests (whatever they had in early 2000s...I don't know if it is different now) for Celiac and they came back negative. She just diagnosed me with IBS. Years later, I decided to try eating gluten free to see if it helped. I...
  10. I looked on their website, but it didn't say anything about it, and I contacted them, but they haven't replied yet.
