  4. Michelle, my daughter Shelby (6) will be going on the pump in August. It is such a pain for us both finding gluten-free carbs (avg 40carbs per meal)that she likes. Now that u r on the pump do u eat alot less carbs (15-20) then before? I feel like we are practically shoving food down her. The only fruit she will eat is Stawberries...way low carbs or applesauce...
  5. One last question. what is IgA serum? That one is still really high. Does that mean she is still getting gluten somewhere? This is so confusing.

Has been gluten-free for 2 months...no improvement. She is also lactose intolerant and type 1 diabetic.   9. my 5 year old has been diagnosed with celiac disease. The doctor said she also is lactose intolerant. She has been gluten-free for 1 month, but still has stomach pain...no other symptoms.
