I am trying to find out what is wrong with me. I have seen my family doctor, two rheumatologists, and an allergist. I have a positive ANA, titer of >640, speckled pattern. All other blood tests for autoimmune diseases have been negative. I was diagnosed years ago with irritable bowel syndrome, then that was changed about a year ago to lactose intolerance...
