Here is the best I have found in over 2 years gluten-free: Open Original Shared Link I've made loaves, round sandwich rolls, hotdog rolls, dinner rolls. I use a ziploc bag with the corner cut off to squeeze out the dough onto the cookie sheet. YUM! Maureen NJ
