Over the weekend I accidentally ingested gluten (for the first definitely known time in three years). I know it takes a long time for the villi to grow back, but how long does it take for symptoms to go away once I'm back to being gluten-free? The only real symptom I've noticed is that my stools are very dark and sort of fatty. Any help would be appreciated...
