Sorry to jump in, but that , what you said about the typical celiac body shape, really struck home with me!!! My hubby has thinner, muscular arms n legs, but has struggled with a round, firm, tummy. He went back on gluten the end of March, so 20 days of gluten till we saw diarrhea...is that long/short/or normal to take that long for symptoms to arise?
