Hey, speaking of fries... Chic Fil Et (No idea how to spell it, hopefully you know what I mean) fries are gluten free and made in a dedicated fryer. Mmm... Now I'm craving them.

Hey, I can't have casein either, so I understand where you are coming from, but I've found that they don't actually have casin in them. It specificially says milk and eggs may be present, but I feel safe eating them as they do not actually have milk in the ingrediants. Good luck! (: --Kylie

You know all those ads about Rice Chex being gluten free? Not all of them are! A few days ago my dad was running to pick up some Rice Chex for my brother, but he didn't bother looking at the ingrediants because he assumed they were fine. They weren't, thank goodness my mom did the initial scan of the ingrediants. So just to make a point, STILL READ THE INGREDIANTS...

Well, I haven't been eating a lot of gluten lately, even before I knew I couldn't have gluten, because of my younger bro who has celiac diesease. I also know from the enterolab test that I'm allergic to milk. I do eat fish and seafood, so that is a good source of protein for me. At b-fast, I nornmally have an egg and gluten-free waffles or gluten-free cereal...

Earlier today, I found out that I cannot have gluten, and I'm a vegaterian. Does this cause any problems?

It's just intolerence, and I have no symtoms, however, my brother has celiac so my mom said we should all get tested. I got diagnosed from enterolab. I know that it will help me in the long run, but it's so hard right now.

I just found out I have gluten intolerence and I don't know what to do. I am so confused and upset.
