Confusedks, don't be embarrassed! We're all in this together. Ursa Major, which parasite cleanse are you using? I tried one for children with my daughter, but her poor intestines are too sensative right now and it caused her too much pain. I would love to do a parasite cleanse that is gentle tho. I'm wondering if maybe a homeopathic cleanse would work...
