Hi. I mostly just read the boards here, but I have some info to share. I went whitewater rafting yesterday in Jim Thorpe, PA. When we called to schedule the trip I asked about gluten free food and the girl was clueless. When I got there they had these boxed lunches to take on the raft. There were three to choose from.
