I was wondering about the symptoms other people get when they accidentally eat gluten. I accidentally ate gluten on Sunday (it's now Wednesday) and I am still really bloated and gassy, and I am retaining water all over my body. It is very uncomfortable because it makes my pants feel tight. Sometimes I feel like I am crazy because it takes me quite a while...
