Yes her iron meds are def gluten-free and in liquid form. The only side effect (if you can call it that) from her taking it was it would stain her teeth. Tasted like metal too poor girl. I'm worried she has maybe some slow internal bleeding?? Or maybe something wrong in the gut?? But I never feel like the docs have time to listen or do enough to investigate... -

I have a problem with anemia and coeliacs disease with my 5 year old daughter. She became anemic when she was 3 (nearly 4).
