i was at the Canadian Gluten Intolerance Festival in Victoria this past weekend, and the docs there stressed upon having a scope and biopsy to rule out any other problems. But since I'm on gluten-free diet, a biospy will show no results now. there were experts from Canada and the US there who all said that same thing. that;s why i wonder if my problems could...

So if there are other intolerances is there some sort of screening that can be done, or is it just the russian roulette of taking things out of my diet one at a time? Thanks for your post!
