I have been gluten free since March of 2008. I started gaining weight last year when my doctor put me on Asacol. I gained about 30 pounds in 4 months and quit taking the meds. Since then, I cannot lose any weight! I have recently started P90X, a routine I completed without trouble and with fantastic results in 2009 (before the meds). I am so tired after...
