It seems like kefir cured my celiac. I had an endoscopy scheduled that for various reasons took 3 months to get done. In those 3 months, I ate gluten daily. The endoscopy studied healthy cilia, and the biopsies were normal. I was a confirmed celiac with blood tests and a prior endoscopy. I am not sure it's cured, but I have no symptoms and all the fastest...
