My 6 yr old daughter was dx'd w/celiac disease last week. She has had type 1 diabetes for 3 yrs (on insulin pump). I'm struggling with finding out what foods are safe to eat. I find many places I can order specialty foods, and that's great, but how do I find out what foods are safe for her to eat at our local grocery store? I would like to dialogue with...
