  1. I have tried out a few recipes with various gluten-free flour mixes but before I found out I was gluten intolerant, I almost never used white flour for anything. All of the replacement recipes are pretty low in fibre and I would like to know if anyone has had success with using any particular ingredients to create a higher fibre gluten-free flour mix. Thanks...
  2. Thanks for your help. I will look into a nutrimill. It is just for myself but the cost is adding up because I try to eat organic and the organic flours are either not available or very expensive. I have never seen organic stuff at teh asian markets but they do have cheap non organic stuff. Even though it is just for mysel I think I will recoup the savings...

So thanks again, your suggestion...

I have been looking at various books and really can't tell without actually trying out the recipe (which can get pretty expensive when they don't work out). I would really appreciate...
  6. I just finished making this bread! and of course I have already eaten a few slices.. I am new to gluten free foods but I will be sticking to this recipe for sure. Even my gluten loving hubby thought it was like regular white bread. IT is definitely not the heathiest thing you can make but if you are craving regular old white bread try this recipe I got...
  7. I just joined this forum.. the reason I went to the Naturopath in the first place was because I was primarily because of pain I was having on my right side, just below my belly button, and sometimes on my left. It did sometimes feel like it got better after I used the bathroom or the pain came on sometime before I needed to use the bathroom. It also seemed...
