We are new to Holland, just here from the US about 6 months ago. My daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac (2 months before we left the states) and I am still struggling with labeling, etc. I would love to find some restaurants we can go to -- particularly a Pannekoekan house -- that is gluten-free.
