wow, all of these responses make me feel better! I'm understanding more and more each day that all I need is preparation and things are all good:) My partner is going through some of the same uncomfortable things I did before Celiac came into my world. I think he's allergic to lactose or dairy. Looks like we're gunna have some interesting pizzas from now...
