Has anyone had any good experiences with store-bought gluten-free bread. I don't have time to bake my own bread, and the only kind I've tried (rice bread), was, in my opinion, awful. Please help. I need to make my sandwiches -
Ok. The list here says that some brands of alcohol are safe while others are not. Some add some sort of wheat product after distillation? How can I be sure that what I'm buying is actually gluten-free? Also, does anyone have a link to a company that for sure has gluten-free beer available right now?

I see some gluten-free foods advertising that they're yeast-free, too. Is yeast safe for celiacs?
