I think I might be allergic or intolerant (I'm not clear on the difference) to either wheat or gluten. I often have morning diarhea and because it comes and goes, I was starting to think I have a food issue. Then I went to a friend house and ate some Wheat Meat (aka Seiten) and my stomach became very painful with cramps and I felt a little nauseous. It passed...
