Any bread recipe you find - it doesn't have to be for a machine - can be made on the "gluten free" setting on my bread machine - The Breadman Pro model 875. My daughter loves the 350 gluten-free Sandwich Bread mix from Whole Foods. You sound like you're doing all the right things. This is my first time writing on this forum - my daughter is 13 and was diagnosed 3 months ago. She is just starting to feel better. The whole family went gluten free even though she's the only one with Celiac. We don't know anyone else with the disease, no one in our town even, so we thought it was only fair... -
