My daughters and I will be traveling from Fort Worth to the Austin Area - Lake Buchanan (north of Austin) and Wimberly (south of Austin). I would like some suggestions for where to buy kid-friendly gluten free foods (stores and restaurants). My 10-year-old daughter is on a gluten/casien free diet. Thanks! Sue -

I know the store - it is Ukrop's. Have not been there since we started the gluten/milk free thing, so it's good to know they have some items there. I am going to bring some food with me, but it's helpful to get an idea of how much I need to bring vs. what I can buy there. Thanks! Sue -
My daugthter is on a gluten and dairy free diet. We'll be staying with family in Williamsburg, VA and I'm wondering where I can find gluten-free products in stores. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
