  3. Hello all: I just found this website and I am very glad I did. My husband was diagnosed with Celiac about 4 years ago. He has been struggling with it ever since. He cheats here and there (and pays for it)... he has the most difficult time accepting the fact that he cannot eat gluten (being Italian and not being able to eat regular pasta KILLS him)....
