Prior to his recent diagnosis, Kraft Mac n' cheese was a staple of my son's diet (not that I'm at all proud of that fact). He misses it so. It was suggested to me that it would be okay to use the cheese sauce packet from the box and just replace the noodles with gluten-free ones. My concern is of course cross contamination.
