  1. The thing with restaurants is that there's no 100% guarantee of cross-contamination. Maybe you can try to look for a restaurant that serves only gluten free foods. Best of luck!
  2. I've noticed I'm far more sensitive to Tofu Pups than in the past- pre-diagnosis. I got sick to my stomach last night and this morning. I phoned the company today to ask about the ingredients. I found out that while the Tofu Pups are "gluten free", it's made in the same facility that makes gluten foods (cross-contamination).
