  1. i am in austin too. i have actually found a lot of gluten-free options
  2. When I was first diagnosed, I reacted to everything with gluten. Recently I have gotten really sick from accidental glutening, but I also found out I was eating a product with gluten frequently and never got sick. Why do I only get sick sometimes?
  3. Had celiac for over a year, but still kinda confused on what is gluten-free. Do I have to worry about things that say vinegar, spices, preservatives, etc that don't say wheat/gluten? As long as a product doesn't say wheat, rye, barely, or malt I eat it and never thought much of it until recently.
  4. I have been gluten-free for a year and a half, but everytime I catch something, I get it worse than anyone else. Recently, I have had unexplained fatigue for over a month and low-grade fevers for two weeks. I only have the fevers in afternoon and early evening. Anyone with similar experiences?
