What helps me is I eat salmon congee. Add cooked rice and water to a pot, a lil ginger a lil wild salmon salt to taste. Let it sit until the water has fused with the rice. After put it in a bowl squeeze a lil lime in it and alota of pepper. I also eat it with kim chi. I ate it for two days straight and it seemed to detoxify me really good!
