Thanks for the reply. That's what I thought....still getting used to all of this. Is there a gluten free alternative to weet bix? that was my sons favorite breakfast and hes just not taking to any of the others as well?

I was told at the gluten free expo i went to today that Lite bix is a gluten free form of weet bix. I am worried because the main ingrediant is Whole grain wheat. Is this ok??
