  1. I did review the labels and nothing on there even mentioned any type of gluten item. However, I haven't ate any of these since Thursday and my "gluten belly" is now smaller.. so i'm assuming it was something. I'm not sensitive to "cross contamination" so there must be SOMETHING in these that made me sick.. who knows.. thanks for all your feedback!

  6. I've been gluten free now for about a month and have had a few "slips" of eating gluten, mainly because i didn't know gluten was in the foods.. my reactions to eating gluten would occur the day after i ate.. my reactions included severe stomach upset, itchy, tired, headaches... Well, i accidentially had gluten yesterday (i ate cookies that i thought said...
  7. I'm new to this and it was SOOOOOOO refreshing to read this post!!!! I also have the "gluten belly"... and i didn't know why in the world, prior to going gluten free, my stomach was SOOOO big.. i had to buy bigger clothes just to fit over my stomach.. and i was SOOOO depressed that it was always soooo big compared to the rest of me.. not that i'm thin.. But...
  8. About a month ago, I came across a magazine article that basically discussed wheat intolerance. When reading over the article, and the symptoms, I realized that this is something i never tried. I've been exhausted for the past 2 years... always tired.. can never lose weight, have IBS, migranes, and just general feelings of being unwell. I have been seeing...
