I had fibroid surgery 6 months ago and since then i have had increasing bloating in my abdomen. The surgery was pretty traumatic, because i also have Hashimotos and my med requirements went up and down during that time. I foolishly ate a lot of wheat products soon after surgery for several months because i was shy of eating too much protein and fat thinking...
