I'm 27 and I self diagnosed with gluten and dairy allergy at 24. I've never felt better since..
My hobbies are brazilian jiu-jitsu, yoga, hiking, playing music, and cooking Ayurvedic food. I also eat lots of sushi. I am teaching myself to juggle and spin poi. I'm sort of a geek.

There's a great line of gluten/dairy free granola/snack type material available from Whole Foods. One is produced specifically in Arizona called Laughing Giraffe and when I went camping for a week I ate a few bags of the coconut one. I don't think they sell it anywhere else.. There's three whole foods out here in AZ.. you can basically count on finding...
