I was diagnosed 3 months ago and have been on the diet ever since. I get severly and instantly sick if i eat it by mistake. The last few days it seems to be getting worse even though im eating the same foods. Could i suddenly be developing a problem with lactose? thats the only thing that i can think of that i am having out of my normal foods. Anyone know...
