Thanks to everyone sooo much for replying! I'm def. going to try going gluten-free and B12, but i think i might wait until my visit w. the new GP- not b/c i feel i need their consent, but because i want to be tested at my worst, if that makes sense!? I think i'll get a truer result. I do, however, hate the fact that I could just be making everything worse...
