That sounds great, Thanks! I will make this crust up and fill it up with cheese cake. I think I have as spring form pan around that I can use. I am thinking that maybe I should just get some general purpose gluten free flour for the cheese cake mix. or perhaps the coconut flour would work just fine as well. Thanks again for your help Jamie
