Hey im bex, im 18 iv just been told i have a wheat intolerance. i am going for a blood test tomorrow to see if it is gluten aswell. Does anyone have any advice or tips on what i can do to get into a good diet/routine. ive already been out and bought a lot of wheat free things from the supermarket. i am a really fussy eater and i don't like most of the wheat...
